Analyzing large databases can be time consuming and extremely complex. Most students work in the HSR lab with little to experience with this type of work. For that reason, only 2-3 undergraduate and graduate students are selected to work in this lab each semester so that dedicated time can be provided for training and research mentoring. All students are encouraged to disseminate their research findings by poster and oral presentation at local and national professional meetings.
